Referral Program FAQ
Below are frequently asked questions about the referral program.
How do I join the referral program?
Sign in to the member center, go to Referrals > Get code, click Apply, complete the Join Referral Program form, and submit it. After approval, you can create and use referral codes.
How do I use referral codes?
- You can promote any page on this site by appending ?utm_source=r-{code} to the URL.
- If the referred user accepts the cookie notice on first visit, attribution can be recorded through cookies for up to 30 days.
- If attribution cookies are unavailable (for example, blocked by browser privacy settings or declined by the user), ask the referred user to enter your referral code manually during checkout.
How many referral codes can one account create?
In My codes, one account can create up to 5 referral codes. Each code can be used for different channels or campaign pages.
I run a design agency. If I purchase on behalf of clients, does that violate the referral program rules?
Agency purchases made on behalf of clients are commercial procurement activities and are different from the referral program reward model. If you manage purchases for many clients, we recommend applying for our Agency Programbff_ag_context, which provides dedicated discounts and more flexible license management, while also reducing the risk of legitimate agency purchases being flagged as policy violations.
When is referral reward credited?
Reward timing and status depend on backend settlement results. Common statuses include Pending, Approved, and Paid.
What should I do if my referral submission is rejected?
If your code or partner profile is rejected, the system displays Rejected reason. Update the content based on that reason, then resubmit.
Which promotion activities are prohibited?
Misleading promotion, spam, and publishing referral codes on coupon/deal-code exchange sites are prohibited. For details, refer to the Referral Program Policy.
