What should I do if I forgot my password?

Go to the Login page and click Forgot your password?. The system will guide you through the password reset flow.

Why am I asked to complete a Device Challenge during login?

When we detect a new device, unusual login context, or a higher-risk sign-in attempt, we require Device Verification. Check your registered email, retrieve the 6-digit code, and submit it in the verification form.

Can I change my account language and timezone?

Yes. Go to Profile (Profile Settings) in the member center to update language and timezone preferences.

What should I do if I get unauthorized errors or get logged out unexpectedly?

Sign in again first. If the issue continues, check whether your browser blocks cookies, then clear site data and retry.

Can I stay logged in on multiple devices at the same time?

Yes. You can review and manage active sessions from Security or Active Sessions.

What should I do if I did not receive the verification email?

Check your spam folder and mail filters first. If it still does not arrive, verify the email address on your account and contact support for assistance.
